1. 대관정보 

- 공유먼트는 전체대관만 가능합니다. 총 70평형입니다. 

- 방음공사 완료 (울림과 외부소음 차단)

- 20명 이상의 인원은 비용 관련 내용이 상이할 수 있으니 예약시 문의주세요 (인원 패키지 가격으로 할인 적용해드립니다).  

- 뮤직비디오 / 영화 / 광고영상 등의 가격은 별도 문의주세요.  



-공유먼트는 선정성이 짙은 성인용 화보 및 영상의 촬영이 불가하며,

모임의 경우, 음주가무가 주가되는 클럽파티 등은 불가합니다 (협의되지 않은 내용진행시 즉시 퇴실조치 될 수 있습니다.)

- 청담점의 기본 대관 시간은 아래와 같으며 24시간 영업합니다.

  사진촬영 : 3시간 / 영상촬영 : 3시간

- 착석이 가능한 의자는 쇼파와 바체어를 제외하고 50개가 준비되어 있습니다.  

- 촬영대관은 70명까지 / 모임대관은 50명까지 수용가능합니다. 

- 대관 목적 및 인원별 가격이 상이할 수 있습니다 (20명이상의 인원은 사전에 미리 유선으로 문의주시면 인원 패키지 가격으로 안내해드립니다).

6. 예약정보

 

1. 스케줄 확인 뒤 예약신청을 진행해주세요. 예약금 10만원 입금확인 후 예약완료 상태가 됩니다 [예약금(보증금) 10만원]. 

(예약신청서를 작성해도 예약금 미입금시 예약완료 상태가 되지 않으며, 다른 팀이 동일 시간에 예약 신청서 작성을 한 뒤 예약금을 먼저 보내면 선착순으로 예약이 진행되니 유의해주세요).

2. 보내주신 예약금은 대관당일 보증금으로 대체됩니다. 퇴실 후 정리정돈 상태 및 시설물 점검 후 당일 반환해드립니다.

3. 대관료 결제 방법 = 하위 2가지 중 택 1. (기타 결제방법을 원하시는 분은 유선으로 문의)

- 1) 계좌 입금시: 대관일 7일 전까지 완납 (세금계산서 발행을 원하시는 분은 예약신청서 작성시 이메일주소와 사업자등록증을 첨부해주세요).  

- 2) 현장 카드결제시: 현장에서 결제할 카드정보(카드번호 / 유효기간)를 예약신청서 작성시 기재해주세요 (노쇼 및 예약취소시 위약금 발생시만 활용). 

      <개인정보를 위해 대관당일 결제진행 후 카드번호는 현장에서 바로 폐기 처분됨을 알려드립니다> 

4. 대관시간은 입장부터 퇴장까지의 시간입니다 (준비시간 및 정리 시간도 대관시간에 포함됩니다).

5. 예약한 대관시간보다 촬영이 빨리 끝나도 예약시의 금액이 청구됩니다. 

6. 예약시간 후에 다음 대관이 있을 경우에는 연장이 불가하오니, 연장계획이 생길 수 있는 경우 사전에 확인 부탁드립니다.

7. 공유먼트는 전체대관의 특성상 2~3달전에 예약을 확정하시는 팀들이 많습니다. 

따라서 예약취소시 해당 날짜에 다른 예약을 받지 못하는 상황이 많습니다. 

예약취소시 기간에 상관없이 예약금 환불이 불가하오니 신중히 예약 부탁드립니다.

대관날의 시간변경은 대관일 7일전 까지 가능합니다(1회에 한함). 

<대관 취소시 환불규정>

-이용 예약일 6일전:  대관료의 50% 환불 

-이용 예약일 5일전:  대관료의 50% 환불  

-이용 예약일 4일전:  대관료의 30% 환불  

-이용 예약일 3일전:  대관료의 20% 환불  

-이용 예약일 2일전:  환불불가 

-이용 예약일 1일전:  환불불가 

-이용 예약 당일:     환불 불가 

7. 주차안내

1. 청담동은 모든 주차공간을 발렛회사들이 담당하고있어 유료주차만 가능합니다 (최대 10대까지 가능-대관일과 시간에 따라 가능주차대수는 조정 될 수 있습니다.) 

2024년부터 고객님들의 부담을 덜어드리고자 공유먼트가 주차비를 지원해드리기로 했습니다. 

<4시간 이상 대관팀>

➡15인 이하 팀은 1대의 주차비용 지원

➡16인 이상의 팀은 2대의 주차비용 지원

(출차시 발렛직원에게 "공유먼트 지원차량"이라고 말씀하시고 출차)

<3시간 대관팀>

➡16인 이상의 팀만 1대의 주차비용 지원 

2. 저희는 고객님의 편의를 위해 주차자리 확보를 위한 예약진행만 도와드릴뿐 출차결제는 주차회사가 진행합니다. 

   예약이 안된 차량은 예약확정 후 첨부드릴 근처 민영주차장 리스트를 참고하여 이용하시면 됩니다. 

*예약금 입금 확인 후, 예약확정 문자와 함께 주차예약문자를 발송해드립니다. 

공유먼트는 주차장 또는 발렛담당자와 아무런 관련이 없으며, 고객님들의 편리한 이용을 위해 해당 정보만 제공해드리고 있습니다.

 

Use GONGYOUMENT as a filming and meeting space!

 

 

1. Rental information

 

- Please contact us when you make a reservation (if you falsely inform us of the number of people, you will be charged twice the additional fee for those who are above the standard).

- GONGYOUMENT can only be rented the entire space. It is 231m² in total.

- Cheongdam branch's minimum rental hours are 3 hours (filiming or shooting purpose) and 4 hours (party), and we are open 24 hours.

- Food and beverages such as catering and delivery food can be brought in, but you must bring a food waste bag (external alcohol is charged extra for the corkage).

 

2. Precautions

- The schedule of the on-site visit / due diligence must be in accordance with the rental schedule of the GONGYOUMENT (On-site visit availability: except for rented timeslot, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Additional extensions during rental should be notified 1 hour before the end of the rental period (not available if there is a rental schedule later).

- Before you check out, all furniture and accessories must be restored in the same condition as when you first enter the room.

- In addition to the facilities of the GONGYOUMENT, prior consent is required when bringing accessories, installations, or equipment that require installation on their own (glitter, smog equipment, etc.

- Any unauthorized theft of the interior and exterior design of GONGYOUMENT (application to other spaces, flagship stores, etc.) and compensation for damages may be requested.

- In accordance with the facility management regulations of the GONGYOUMENT, we receive a deposit for the protection of the GONGYOUMENT facilities before the rental. After renting, we will check the facilities and return the deposit on the same day.

- You must separate garbage. If the facility is inspected just before leaving the room, it will be deducted from the deposit.

 

3. Capacity
- There are 50 seats available except for the sofa and the bar chair.
- It can accommodate up to 70 people.
- Prices may vary depending on the purpose of the rental and the number of people (Please contact us via call in advance in case more than 10 people are coming in).

 

4. Free of equipment use
*All antique furniture and props in the GONGYOUMENT are free of charge.

6. Reservation information
1. Please proceed with the reservation application after checking the schedule. The reservation will be completed after confirming the deposit of KRW 100,000 [Reservation(Deposit) KRW 100,000]
(Please note that if you fill out the reservation application form, the reservation will not be completed unless you deposit the reservation, and if you send the reservation first after completing the reservation form at the same time, the reservation will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis.)

2. The deposit you sent will be replaced by the deposit on the day of the rental. After the check-out, we will return it on the same day after cleaning and checking the arrangement condition and facilities.

3. Rental Payment Method = Choose one of the two below. (If you want other payment methods, please contact us via call) 

- 1) Direct Deposit to our Account: Pay in-full 7 days before the rental date (If you want to issue a tax invoice, please attach your e-mail address and business registration certificate when filling out the reservation application form).

- 2) On-site Debit/Credit Card Payment: Please fill out the card information (card number / expiration date) to be paid on-site when filling out the reservation application form (use only when a penalty occurs when canceling a reservation).

<For the protection of your personal information, we would like to inform you that the card number will be discarded immediately on the spot after the payment is made on the day of rental>

4. Rental time calculates the time from entrance to exit (preparation and cleaning are also included in rental time). 

5. Even if the shooting ends earlier than the reserved rental time, the amount at the time of reservation will be charged.

6. If there is a next rental after the reservation time, it cannot be extended, so please check in advance if there is an extension plan.

7. You cannot refund the reservation fee when canceling the reservation, so please make a reservation carefully. You can change the rental date and time up to 7 days before the rental date (only once).

- 6 days before the reservation date: 50% refund of rental fee
- 5 days before the reservation date: 50% refund of rental fee
- 4 days before the reservation date: 30% refund of rental fee
- 3 days before the reservation date: 20% refund of rental fee
- 2 days before the reservation date: No refund available
- 1 day before the reservation date: No refund available
- Date of reservation: No refund available

 

 

 

 

7. Parking Information
For teams with many vans, trucks, and vehicles with more than SUV, it is highly recommended that you contact the local parking officer (5 days to 1 week in advance) to secure a parking spot in advance.
After confirming the deposit, we will inform you of the contact information of the person in charge of the valet along with the reservation confirmation text.
*On the day before the rental, it is highly recommended that you search for a nearby parking lot through the Kakao T parking lot application and make a reservation in advance.
